For multiple orders, do my shipments get packaged together?
Due to the weight of the merchandise, combined shipping is not available. Orders will be shipped separately.
Do you have weight restrictions for shipments?
Our products are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and there is a limit of 70 lb (31.751 kg) max for shipments.
If you are interested in a bulk order, please contact us and we will be happy to help arrange shipping.
Can I purchase an individual box instead of the entire set?

Is expedited or international shipping available?
At the moment, we ship within the continental US using standard ground shipping from the carrier currently offering the best rate. However, we are often able to accommodate expedited or international orders. Please email us at [email protected] before purchasing in order to confirm.
What is your return policy?
Merchandise can be returned (in their original, undamaged condition) within 30 days of delivery at your own expense. We do not reimburse for the original cost of shipping.
